On behalf of everyone associated with Classic Homes, our employees, suppliers, and trade partners, we would like to personally thank you for selecting Classic Homes to build your home. We are grateful for your business and now that you are living in your home, we want to continue providing you with an exceptional level of customer service. With the emergence of the virus COVID 19 and the events surrounding it, we have had to reevaluate warranty service visits. For the protection of our homeowners, trade partners, and company personnel, we have made the decision to suspend non-emergency service visits for a period of 30 days effective 3/20/2020. 

We are preparing to act as soon as we feel it is safe and prudent to do so. We will be monitoring the situation closely and will update you on any changes to the length of this temporary suspension of service. We will continue to respond to emergency issues, defined as:
1. No heat
2. No water
3. No power
4. Water leaks that require shutting off the water to the entire home
5. Security issues, such as an exterior doors that fails to function

If you are unclear as to whether your issue is an emergency, please submit a service request and we will be happy to assist you in making this determination. Requests received during our temporary suspension of service will be scheduled as soon as the suspension is lifted. This temporary suspension will not affect your Limited Warranty Period. Classic will extend all homes affected by this suspension of service.

If you are requesting paint colors...

If your home was built before 2010 we will not have that information on file. For homes 2010 to present your paint colors can be found on your color chart. Paint matches can be requested at a local Sherwin Williams store.
