On behalf of everyone associated with Classic Homes, our employees, suppliers, and trade partners, we would like to personally thank you for selecting Classic Homes to build your home. We are grateful for your business and now that you are living in your home, we want to continue providing you with an exceptional level of customer service. With the emergence of the virus COVID 19 and the events surrounding it, we have had to reevaluate warranty service visits. For the protection of our homeowners, trade partners, and company personnel, we have made the decision to limit in-home service visits while our community navigates through this unfortunate period.

Due to the COVID-19 scheduling restrictions, our next available appointment for service is four (4) to six (6) weeks out. If it is an emergency or an appointment opens up earlier we will schedule you sooner. A member of our Customer Service Team will respond to your request within 3 business days once received. During periods of extreme weather, our response may take up to 5 business days.

We will continue to promptly respond to emergency issues, defined as:
1. No heat
2. No water
3. No power
4. Water leaks that require shutting off the water to the entire home
5. Security issues, such as an exterior door that fails to function

If you are unclear as to whether your issue is an emergency, please submit a service request and we will be happy to assist you in making this determination.

If you are requesting paint colors...

If your home was built before 2010 we will not have that information on file. For homes 2010 to present your paint colors can be found on your color chart. Paint matches can be requested at a local Sherwin Williams store.

  • Waiver and Release

  • Classic Homes, as a construction company, is deemed a Critical Business, as defined in the Amended Public Health Order 20-24 Implementing Stay at Home Requirements (the “Order”). As a Critical Business under the Order, Classic Homes is allowed to operate and conduct services required to complete a real estate transaction. These services include visiting our model, visiting your home under construction and related activities. By signing below you acknowledge and agree that (1) You have elected to allow Classic Homes and its representatives to perform warranty repairs in person and at your home; (2) You understand and acknowledge that any person-to-person interaction carries risks associated with the transmission of the Covid-19 Virus and you explicitly assume such risks; (3) You represent and warrant that you have truthfully answered the above questions in the negative; and (4) You acknowledge and understand that the Order requires that in the operation of a Critical Business steps are mandated to reduce the risk of disease transmission, including that individuals shall maintain at least six feet of distance from other individuals, that you wash your hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds as frequently as possible or use hand sanitizer, that it is recommended that you wear face masks and gloves as protection and you agree to abide to the foregoing and with any such mandated steps as imposed by Classic Homes, now and in the future, in the conduct of person-to-person interactions.

    In consideration of allowing Classic Homes and its representatives to enter your home for the purpose of performing warranty repairs, or otherwise engage in person-to-person interaction with you, you do hereby knowingly and voluntarily forever release and hold Classic Homes and its shareholders, managers, employees, contractors, successors or assigns, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from any and all liability, claims, actions or damages, including without limitation, claims for negligence, property damage, personal injury or wrongful death, which you or your family or any of your representatives, heirs, successors or assigns may have, or which may hereafter accrue, as the result of relating to or arising from entering your home or otherwise engaging in person-to-person interaction with any of the Released Parties. You acknowledge and agree that but for the execution of this Waiver and Release, Classic Homes would not perform the warranty work and confer such benefits to you. By executing this Waiver and Release you knowingly and willfully accept all risks related to or arising from all such activities and interaction.
