Shopping and Services
Hannah Ridge offers quick access to not only I-25, but even closer is the Powers Corridor which now acts as a critical connector and hub for all of your shopping and entertainment.  You will be less than 5 minutes from the community shopping center at Powers and Stetson Hills Blvd.  This center includes grocery stores, beauty shops, fitness facilities, restaurants, mailing/shipping depot.  Also with 5-10 minutes, Costco, Wal-Mart/Home Depot Center on Woodmen & Powers as well as the new Penrose St. Francis Hospital (under construction).  Just North you’ll find The Promenade Shops at Briargate.  Just South you’ll discover First & Main Town Center with adjacent shopping areas including Pier One Imports, Best Buy, Circuit City, Kohl’s, Super Target, JoAnn’s Fabrics, Cinemark 16 Theaters with I-Max, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lowe’s, and countless restaurants.  These are just a sample of the conveniences located less than 10 minutes from your front door.  Both Chapel Hills Mall and Citadel Mall are within 10-15 minutes driving.

Commuting to work will be less stressful and take less time because of the easy access to I-25, Hwy-24, Powers Blvd and Woodmen Rd.  This makes Peterson AFB and Schriever AFB a simple drive of 5-20 minutes.   The Air Force Academy is almost a straight shot  of about 20 minutes and Garden of the Gods Tech Center area along with Downtown are both about a 20-30 minute drive, with beautiful views all along the way.

The Colorado Springs Airport is approximately 10-15 minutes south and if you’re traveling to Denver, take about 15 minutes off of your previous commute by driving north on the new Powers connection to Hwy 83 and arrive at Denver in no time.  Park Meadows Mall in South Denver is approximately 45-55 minutes from Indigo Ranch.

Parks and Recreation
Because of the central location, you can pick and choose from any of the amazing and beautiful venues around town.

(WEST) 5-10 minutes from Indigo Ranch, Stetson Hills Blvd. & Powers Blvd. marks the location for Fitness 19 health club.  Cottonwood Creek Park just south of  Woodmen on Rangewood is a wonderful park with natural trails along the creek-bed, a large dog park, baseball and soccer fields, outdoor hockey court, basketball and one of Colorado Springs’ Parks & Recreations premier  indoor (year round) swimming pools and workout facilities.  Also 10-15 minutes west is 24-Hour Fitness, the northern campus of Bally’s Fitness and Lynmar Racquet & Tennis Club, World Gym, featuring free weights, fitness machines, & group classes.   Can never forget our hometown attractions of Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Canyon – always amazing and always open!  (EAST) – Antler’s Golf Club in Meridian Ranch is worthy of 18 holes when you have a play day!  Just 10-15 minutes away, you’ll have a ball

(SOUTH)  The Springs Ranch Golf Course, located approximately three miles south, is practically right outside your door along the western boundary of Springs Ranch. Just south of Springs Ranch, the Cherokee Ridge Golf Course has both a long 9-hole course and an executive 9-hole course. The Triple-A farm team for the Colorado Rockies baseball club plays at Security Service Field, formerly Sky Sox Stadium just south of Indigo Ranch on Barnes Road @ Tutt Blvd. The stadium is part of the Sand Creek Community Park complex. Indigo Ranch has a network of hiking, biking and equestrian trails linking the numerous neighborhood parks within the community.

( NORTHWEST) Just up the road on the SW corner of Woodmen and Powers, a new Sports Club Complex is now open.  Called Villa Sport, they are excited to offer (4) outdoor pools including and adult only pool, a lazy river, and super slides!  Indoors features a large lap pool and a therapy pool.   They have a spa, classes for aerobics/spinning/pilates, etc. and countless other facilities for your active lifestyle.  Learn more about Villa Sport.

(NORTH) Don’t miss Classic Communities’ award winning Golf Course and Club at Flying Horse.  This is a members only facility, and only about 15 minutes to the north of Indigo Ranch.   The Briargate YMCA is also a wonderful facility with skateboard park and activities for the entire family, approximately 10-15 minutes away.  And finally, we have the Kit Carson Riding Stables for horse lovers located on the NE corner of Cumbre Vista near Woodmen and Black Forest Rd.  How great to take advantage of this convenient equestrian facility without the typical long drive to get there.
