Introducing Greenways at Sand Creek

Following a robust public engagement process in 2020, Classic Homes purchased the approximately 170 acre golf course (formerly known as the Springs Ranch golf course) situated along the eastern edge of Sand Creek to be redeveloped into a residential community. Looking forward, we believe Greenways at Sand Creek is poised to be a community unlike any other in Colorado Springs. The community is centrally located within close proximity to First & Main and the Powers Corridor offering convenient access to employment, shopping, and recreation.  Community plans include an expansive neighborhood park and miles of trails that run adjacent to Sand Creek.  Over the life of the project, a variety of home designs including single family homes, townhomes and apartments will be built in Greenways. Classic’s first release of homesites will be in Greenways North, located north of North Carefree, featuring select ranch-style home designs from our Classic Collection.
