Continue past stop sign and turn Right (south) onto Antero Peak Drive and model is on the corner at 8584 Antero Peak Dr. Colorado Springs, CO  80927.
Schools
Falcon School District 49 –  Banning Lewis Ranch Management Company helped to build a K-8 public charter school that is open in the neighborhood.  The new Banning Lewis Ranch Academy at Northtree is a 60,000 square foot state-of-the-art K-8 public charter school in Falcon School District 49.  The Banning Lewis Ranch Academy was built with support from the development’s homebuilders, bond financing, and the backing of the Banning Lewis Ranch Management Company – it was approved and built in less than one year without cost to the Falcon School District 49.

High school students in Banning Lewis Ranch are zoned into Falcon High School.  D-49 is a “choice” district, which gives students the opportunity to choose their school location based on availability (governed by the school district; subject to change).

Shopping and Services
Banning Lewis Ranch offers quick access to Woodmen Road, one of the main east west boulevards that connects to I-25 North and South, as well as to the Powers Corridor, which offers among the largest areas of shopping, dining and entertainment in Colorado Springs.

Banning Lewis is located within 5-10 minutes of a brand new hospital being constructed by Penrose St. Francis.  It is also conveniently located within 15-30 minutes of Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base and the Colorado Springs Airport.  Powers Boulevard now connects to Highway 83, which in turns connect to I-25 just north of Colorado Springs making for an easy 45-minute drive to south Denver.

Parks and Recreation
In addition to our neighborhood parks, trails, and natural open spaces, Banning Lewis features a community and welcome center complete with a junior Olympic pool and tennis courts.  The facility also has fitness and cardio equipment available to all residents. There is also the Vista Water Park within the community and available to all residents.

If golfing is of interest to you, Banning Lewis Ranch is located near several golf courses, including Springs Ranch, Antler Creek (in Meridian Ranch) and Pine Creek Golf Courses.

Employment
Banning Lewis Ranch is about 8 miles from Peterson Air Force Base and an easy drive to Schriever Air Force Base and Space Command Center.  Numerous industries and businesses along Highway 24 and Powers Boulevard and Woodmen Road also provide ample employment opportunities.  If Healthcare is your field, the brand new Penrose St. Francis Hospital on the corner of Powers and Woodmen and the new Memorial Hospital North on the corner of Union and Briargate Parkway may provide employment opportunities in the medical field.  More than 18-national and international corporations are located along Highway 83 and the Briargate Business Campus all within a 30-minute drive of Banning Lewis Ranch.
