Classic Homes has been partnering with the Colorado State Forest Service, CSU Foundation and the Restoring Colorado’s Forests Fund since 2022 to assist in the statewide effort to restore Colorado’s forests. In honor of our valued customers, twenty trees will be planted for every home Classic builds in 2024.

The Restoring Colorado’s Forests fund was established in 2003 to provide seedling trees in areas the most severely impacted by wildfires and other disasters.  In the aftermath of destructive wildfires, reforestation of burned land helps protect water supplies, restores wildlife habitats and reduces flooding and erosion.  The tree seedlings are grown at the Colorado State Forest Service Nursery on the CSU Foothills Campus and state forest experts ensure only high-quality trees adapted to the local climate and conditions are used in forest restoration efforts.  Areas deemed most critical to water protection and wildlife habitat, and that provide the most public benefit, are the recipients of the tree planting efforts.
