Classic Homes is under contract to purchase the approximately 171 acre Springs Ranch Golf Course property located east of Tutt Boulevard.  Classic’s land development, engineering and consulting teams are in the due diligence phase to thoroughly evaluate the condition of the site. We have not made any conclusions on the potential for redevelopment, but we want to be forthcoming and transparent with the community about our interest and intentions in Springs Ranch. In connection with the potential redevelopment of this property, Classic’s focus is to materially align plans for Springs Ranch consistent with the goals and policies set forth in the City of Colorado Springs’ Comprehensive Plan (PlanCOS) as it relates to infill and redevelopment framework and to create a quality community.
