The Midtown Collection is comprised of plans ranging in size from 1,304 sq. ft. to 2,130 sq. ft. These new floorplans are making a grand entry into the market at a brand new neighborhood called Foothills Farm, which is just north of Interquest Parkway on Federal Dr. and New Life Dr. The homes in this collection are not only new, fresh and innovative, they are also likely to be Classic’s most affordable homes introduced to the market in recent years. The Midtown Collection project team is currently in the process of fine-tuning the floorplans and will begin pricing the homes in the coming weeks.
