TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
3/26/2020 — In an attempt to keep you, your family and our employees as safe as possible during these times, we at Classic Homes have determined to remain open in our models by appointment only from March 26, 2020 through April 11, 2020. Adopting such a policy will allow us to ensure social distancing, reduce and hopefully eliminate overlap of customers and potential customers in our models, and generally limit multi-person interaction in an attempt to do our part to curb the spread of COVID-19.
Please know that as a “critical industry” under the Governor’s recent order, Classic Homes and our trade partners remain open for business. We will continue to build and close homes, release new lots and filings for sale and conduct our business as best we are able during these trying times. In keeping with that philosophy, we look forward to showing you our models, discussing with you how we can build you your dream home and writing a contract with you. We just will do so via appointment only.
