Our home building process was simple, easy to understand, and quite frankly, a pleasure!!! With so many moving parts it was amazing how Classic Homes kept everything on track and on schedule. Carol and Teresa in the sales office, coupled with Tyler in construction, made a dynamic team that always took care of the customer! Every question or issue we had was answered and resolved almost immediately. What made them all so effective were their communication skills. All three kept me and my wife informed throughout the entire process. This started from pre-contract all the way up to closing!!! Not to forget the actual house,as our Savannah is beautiful and displays quality like no other builder out there.
