Introducing the Hillspire and Infinity Model Homes!
We are celebrating the new year with two brand new models in two equally new communities, Bison Ranch and Jackson Creek North!
Classic Homes opened sales in both communities last fall and today we’re excited to share that one of our most popular, time-honored ranch plans The Hillspire is now open in Jackson Creek North. The Hillspire was previously modeled when we opened the Forest Lakes community in 2015. The other model we recently opened is The Infinity in Bison Ranch. This is the first time we’ve modeled The Infinity, which is one of Classic’s largest ranch plans. Sales in Bison Ranch have been brisk and we expect the Infinity model to be available to purchase with a builder leaseback opportunity soon!
