What: Celebrate the season with Santa, Sweetwater and Portico Coffee at Classic’s Grandview model home in Flying Horse. Festive snacks and beverages will be provided. You are encouraged to bring a printed copy of your favorite cookie or recipe or an ornament to exchange with neighbors.

Classic Homes Model Directions: From I-25, exit #153 at Interquest Parkway. Follow straight for about 4 miles then turn left (west) at light onto Flying Horse Club Drive. Go to second round-a-bout and turn Left on Ravenswood Drive. Follow to Hawk Stone Drive and turn Left. Follow to Clayhouse Drive and turn Right and model on corner. Model home located at 1981 Clayhouse Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.

Bouquet Creation! Each family will have the opportunity to create a festive floral bouquet from Sweetwater’s classic flower truck to take home.
SATURDAY WITH SANTA
The celebration will end with a special visit from Santa for the kiddos! Photos are encouraged.
