Everyone loves a Parade! Especially the Parade of Homes and Classic is featuring two of its newest ranch plans in two of its flagship communities — the brand new community of Forest Lakes and the newest neighborhood village in Flying Horse. The Hillspire ranch plan will be showcased in Bristlecone at Forest Lakes located at 2919 Waterfront Dr. And, the San Isabel ranch-style paired-patio home is featured in The Village of Molise at Flying Horse located at 2186 Villa Creek Circle.
The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes is now in its 62nd year of offering the general public a first-hand look at the current trends and greatest innovations in new home design. This annual event, presented by the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs, showcases the latest design trends ranging from affordable living to luxury dream homes complete with every amenity imaginable. Each home in the Parade is professionally judged for a multitude of features including landscaping, floor plan, architectural exterior, interior decorating etc. and every year the HBA includes the People’s Choice Award. The People’s Choice Award is voted on by those who attend the Parade and is the most coveted award by the builders. The People’s Choice awards, as well as other awards, are broken out into six categories divided by price points.
The Parade runs from August 3 – 21 and for 15 days only, the public will have the opportunity to view 27 of the newest home designs in Colorado Springs.
