St. Jude Dream Home Tickets Go On Sale February 26th!
Take a chance and help the kids of St. Jude. Your purchase of a $100 ticket gives you the chance to win a brand new Classic Home valued at approximately $415,000 in the master-planned community of Banning Lewis Ranch in Colorado Springs, along with other prizes! Colorado Springs Fact Sheet – 2014 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway
The Inaugural St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in Colorado Springs is a community service project sponsored by Epsilon Sigma Alpha, Classic Homes, Banning Lewis Ranch, KKTV 11 News, The Gazette and national sponsors Brizo and Shaw Floors to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. A newly built home, along with other high-end prizes will be given away at the end of the promotion on May 18, 2014.
TICKETS: $100 tickets will go on sale on February 26, 2014. You may reserve your ticket on the website at www.DreamHome.org, by phone at (800) 379-5217, or at the St. Jude Dream Home Open Houses for a chance to win the St. Jude Dream Home and/or one of the other high end prizes.
GRAND PRIZE: The first place prize is the St. Jude Dream Home, built by Classic Homes and located in Banning Lewis Ranch, valued at $400,000.

- Approximately 3,300 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a 3 car garage, and 9’ basement
