The Village of Molise Opens with a St. Patrick’s Day Grand Opening Celebration.
The Classic Homes team, together with CB&T Mortgage, hosted a grand opening event in the new models located at 2186 & 2196 Villa Creek Circle on Thursday, March 17th. More than 80 guests attended the opening where they had the opportunity to enjoy classic St. Paddy’s Day fare while touring Classic’s two new model homes – the San Isabel and the Telluride. The Village of Molise is the newest Neighborhood Village to be built in Flying Horse and it represents a total of 40 homesites located along the south side of Flying Horse Club Drive. Classic Homes is offering four brand new paired-patio ranch floorplans, ranging from 2,929 sq. ft. to 4,298 sq. ft., with base pricing starting from the $340s to the $380s. Interest in The Village of Molise continues to grow and sales are off to a brisk start with 24 of the 40 homesites already under contract.
