Greenways at Sand Creek built by Classic Homes is OPENING SOON in Colorado Springs!
This fall (Oct/Nov 2021) Classic Homes will begin offering some of our most popular ranch floorplans from the Classic Collection in Greenways at Sand Creek, our newest community located east of Powers Blvd. north and South of North Carefree Circle. Our team is nearing completion of work on the renovation and remodel of the former Springs Ranch Golf Course maintenance facility located at 3575 Tutt Blvd. The building will become a centralized location for Classic’s new home sales center and construction operations in Greenways. Our interior design and construction teams put a lot of thought into the interior design and exterior modifications of this building and we look forward to opening the sales center late October or early November. (Click here to read the current newsletter) Upon opening the new home sales center, Classic will begin selling into Greenways North Filing 1.
If you are just becoming familiar with Greenways at Sand Creek, please click here to review the project history. In 2019 and 2020, Classic Homes hosted a series of public meetings with area residents and local and county government officials to discuss and plan the redevelopment of the former Springs Ranch Golf Course. In 2020, the project received unanimous approval by the City of Colorado Springs and El Paso County to be rezoned from agriculture to residential. Since then, Classic’s land development and engineering teams have made significant progress within the community. In this newsletter, you will find a general timeline outlining development and construction work that has been completed, is currently in progress and/or scheduled to begin. The timelines published in the newsletter are approximate and may be impacted by weather and various circumstances.
