Enter Into a Purchase Agreement

After selecting your floorplan, completing the site assessment, and understanding the starting price to build your new home, the next step is to enter into a purchase agreement with Classic Homes. This formal agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the build, including project timelines, payment schedules, and any specific customizations you may wish to include. By finalizing this agreement, you secure your place in our construction schedule and take a significant step toward making your dream home a reality.

Plan and Personalize

Once you’ve selected your floorplan and agreed to Classic’s “Build On Your Lot” terms and conditions, our team of experts will work with you to select architectural options and design finishes from our library of available choices. Upon completion of this step, your architectural and design selections will be added to your contract.
