Development of Sanctuary Pointe Begins
Classic Companies has begun construction on the initial phases of development of its newest master planned community – Sanctuary Pointe. Located in Monument, Colorado – Sanctuary Pointe is situated at the top of Baptist Rd. to the east of I-25 on approximately 460 acres along the western edge of the Black Forest. Sanctuary Pointe and its community builders will host a grand unveiling event onsite early October. Interested parties will have the opportunity to experience the property first-hand, visit with community builders, and ultimately select and reserve lots.
1st Annual Great Pig Roast
