Prospective home buyers have the choice of two types of houses on the market: resale or new.

Home buyers planning to buy a brand-new house or condominium often cite energy-efficiency, open layout, a warranty, and being able to select appliances, flooring, paint colors and other design elements as factors driving their choice.

Grand Closing. Grand Opening!
NEIGHBORHOODS
We are now in closeout phase in Barnstormer's Landing.  With only a few homesites and inventory homes remaining, we will soon be moving to our new "Vail" model home in Lorson Ranch a growing community located in southeast Colorado Springs. It offers a rural setting near the city, which is representative of the quiet and safe environment that residents call home, and it offers great views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range.

So while we're saying goodbye to one community, we're saying hello to another!  Our new model in Lorson Ranch is scheduled to open the first week in June and we're very excited to break new ground, introduce our floorplans and home designs, and show off our "Classic Package" in this new community.  The new "Vail" model is under construction at 10...
