Something caught my eye in an email from our Director of Customer Care. Today we received a survey from a homeonwer in Cumbre Vista that wasn't as much about the building and construction of their home as it was about the customer service they received after the fact for an issue completely unrelated to work performed by Classic. After offering high scores on the rating portion of the survey, here's what the homeowner said in the comment area:

Kindness and customer care go hand in hand. Today, I'm pleased to know that the Classic Customer Care and Construction team was able to help make a difficult situation better for a new member of the Classic family of homeowners. Classic takes great pride in delivering homes that meet the expectations of the homeowner. Quality craftsmanship that is on schedule from a team that always strives to go above and beyond. One way the company evaluates the performance of the team is by conducting 3rd party homebuyer satisfaction surveys through Eliant, Inc. These surveys provide feedback on the overall homebuying experience from sales and design to construction and closing. The information from these surveys helps guide the entire Classic team, the result is continuous improvement with every home built.
