From I-25, exit #149 at Woodmen Road. Follow that east past Powers Boulevard and turn Left (north) on Tutt Blvd (not shown on map). Follow Tutt around and Turn Right (east) onto Sopressa Lane. Take the first Left (north) onto Hunter Peak Trail. The Model home is located at 7974 Hunter Peak Trail, Colorado Springs, CO 80924.

SHOPPING AND SERVICES
Cumbre Vista offers quick access to not only I-25, but even closer is the Powers Corridor which now acts as a critical connector and hub for all of your shopping and entertainment. You will be less than 5 minutes from the Wal-Mart/Home Depot center on Woodmen & Powers as well as the new Penrose St. Francis Hospital (under construction). The Shops at Briargate, Pier One Imports, Kohl’s, Target, JoAnn’s Fabrics, First & Main Towne Center, Cinemark 16 Theaters with I-Max, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Lowe’s, and countless restaurants are just a sample of the conveniences located less than 10 minutes from your front door. Both Chapel Hills and Citadel Malls are within 10-15 minutes driving.
You’ll be 10-15 minutes from great Golf and Recreation facilities too, including the Briargate YMCA, Cottonwood Park and Indoor Community Pool, Pine Creek Golf Course, Springs Ranch Golf Course and Antler’s Creek Golf in Meridian Ranch.
Commuting to work will be less stressful and take less time because of the easy access to I-25, Hwy-24, Powers Blvd and Woodmen Rd. This makes Peterson AFB and Schriever AFB a simple drive of 15-20 minutes. The Air Force Academy is almost a straight shot of about 15 minutes and Garden of the Gods Tech neighborhood along with Downtown are both about a 25-30 minute drive, with beautiful views all along the way.
The Colorado Springs Airport is approximately 15-20 minutes south and if you’re traveling to Denver, take about 15 minutes off you previous commute by driving north on the new Powers connection to Hwy 83 and arrive at Denver in no time.
PARKS AND RECREATION
In addition to our own neighborhood park which is planned to have picnic area/tot lot and soccer fields, you’ll soon realize that because of Cumbre Vista’s central location, you can pick and choose from any of the amazing and beautiful venues around town.
(WEST) Cottonwood Creek Park just south of Woodmen & Rangewood is a wonderful park with natural trails along the creek-bed, a large dog park, baseball and soccer fields, outdoor hockey court, basketball and one of Colorado Springs’ Parks & Recreations premier indoor (year round) swimming pools. (NORTH) Don’t miss Classic Communities' award winning Golf Course and Club at Flying Horse. This is a members only facility, but only about 10 minutes to the north of Cumbre Vista. The Briargate YMCA is also a wonderful facility with skateboard park and activities for the entire family, approximately 7-10 minutes away. (SOUTHWEST) - Can never forget our hometown attractions of Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Canyon – always amazing and always open! (EAST) - Antler’s Golf Club in Meridian Ranch is worthy of 18 holes when you have a play day! Just 10-15 minutes away, you’ll have a ball. And finally, we have the Kit Carson Riding Stables for horse lovers located on the NE corner of Cumbre Vista. EMPLOYMENT
Cumbre Vista is about 10 miles from Peterson Air Force Base and a non-congested drive to Schriever Air Force Base and the Space Command Center. Numerous industrial facilities and business centers along Highway 24 and Powers Boulevard also provide many job opportunities. Cumbre Vista is within 15 minutes of I-25 and the over 18 national and international corporations located along Highway 83 and the Briargate Business Campus.
