East Colorado Springs.  From I-25 take Woodmen Road East, past Powers Boulevard.  Turn Right  (south) on Marksheffel Road.  Turn Left (east) onto Vista Cerro Avenue (not shown on map - entrance to Banning Lewis Ranch).   Go to end and turn Right (south) onto Vista del Pico Boulevard.  Take the first Right onto Silver Birch Drive and models are on left.  Sales Office is at 8059 Silver Birch Drive.  Colorado Springs, CO 80927

Banning Lewis Ranch Academy K-8

Banning Lewis Ranch Management Company helped to build a K-8 public charter school that opened for the start of the 2006-2007 school year.  The new Banning Lewis Ranch Academy at Northtree,  is a 60,000 square foot state-of-the-art K-8 public charter school in Falcon School District 49. The Banning Lewis Ranch Academy was built with support from the development’s homebuilders, bond financing, and the backing of the Banning Lewis Ranch Management Company – it was approved and built in less than one year without cost to the Falcon School District 49.

SHOPPING AND SERVICES

Northtree at Banning Lewis Ranch offers quick access to Woodmen Road, one of the main east west boulevards that connects to I-25 North and South, as well as to the Powers Corridor, which offers among the largest areas of shopping, dining and entertainment in Colorado Springs. 

Northtree at Banning Lewis is located within 5-10 minutes of a brand new hospital being constructed by Penrose St. Francis.  It is also conveniently located within 15-30 minutes of Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base and the Colorado Springs Airport.  Powers Boulevard now connects to Highway 83, which in turns connect to I-25 just north of Colorado Springs making for an easy 45-minute drive to south Denver.

PARKS AND RECREATION

In addition to our neighborhood parks, trails, and natural open spaces, Northtree at Banning Lewis will feature a community and welcome center complete with a junior Olympic pool.

If golfing is of interest to you, Northtree at Banning Lewis Ranch is located near several golf courses, including Springs Ranch, Antler Creek (in Meridian Ranch) and Pine Creek Golf Courses.

On the southwest corner of Woodmen Road and Powers Boulevard, a beautiful new Sports Complex is also now open.  Villa Sport offers four outdoor pools, including an adult only pool, a lazy river and super slides.  A large lap pool and therapy pool are also available inside.  They have a spa, classes for aerobics/spinning/Pilates and more. 

Northtree at Banning Lewis Ranch is about 8 miles from Peterson Air Force Base and an easy drive to Schriever Air Force Base and Space Command Center.  Numerous industries and businesses along Highway 24 and Powers Boulevard and Woodmen Road also provide ample employment opportunities.  If Healthcare is your field, the brand new Penrose St. Francis Hospital on the corner of Powers and Woodmen and the new Memorial Hospital North on the corner of Union and Briargate Parkway may provide employment opportunities in the medical field.  More than 18-national and international corporations are located along Highway 83 and the Briargate Business Campus all within a 30-minute drive of Northree at Banning Lewis Ranch.
